Job summary

Cinterra in the United States is recruiting an Apprentice to support site operations on utility-scale solar projects. You will work with supervisors, foremen, and electricians, participate in a four-year registered apprenticeship combining classroom learning with on-the-job training to prepare for journeyworker certification.

You should be eager to learn, able to follow instructions, manage time, and commit to safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Willing to travel full-time and work long hours.
• Some experience reading and interpreting plans and specs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support site operations and assist electricians with day-to-day tasks.
• Receive, store, and protect project materials and equipment.
• Assist with electrical installations and troubleshooting.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Maintain safety as a core value on the project.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
