Job summary

Cinterra in Nebraska is seeking an Electrical Apprentice to support site operations on utility-scale solar projects. You will assist supervisors, learn electrical installations, troubleshoot issues, and participate in our four-year registered apprenticeship program combining classroom learning with hands-on training.

As an apprentice, you must follow safety protocols, manage time effectively, read blueprints and schematics, and communicate professionally with customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support site operations on utility-scale solar projects.
• Assist supervisors, foreman, and electricians with daily tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and report issues promptly.
• Receive, store, and protect project materials and equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Participate in installations and troubleshooting under leadership.
• Travel full-time and work extended hours, including weekends as needed.
