Brda Electric in the Greater St. Louis Area is seeking a Solar Divisional Manager to own the whole division's performance—from planning and design through installation, commissioning, and final payment.

You will guide a team of engineers, electricians, and technicians while maintaining discipline in cost control and project execution. This leadership role demands strategic thinking, financial acumen, and a focus on customer experience, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a solar/divisional operation or large project portfolio.
• Proven ability to own division performance across people, projects, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own the solar division lifecycle from planning to final payment.
• Lead and develop Solar Division leadership and field technicians.
• Manage pricing, estimating, budgets, and cost control to protect margins.
• Drive quarterly production forecasts and revenue planning.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and customer experience across all projects.
• Collaborate with sales to improve pipeline visibility and forecasting.
