Brda Electric is seeking a full-cycle Solar Sales Representative in the St. Louis area to generate opportunities, build relationships, develop proposals, present solutions, and close solar contracts.

You’ll manage the sale from first contact through installation, using our credibility and in-house resources to deliver tailored energy solutions. This commission-only role rewards high performance with unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven solar sales experience with measurable results.
• History of closing many deals.
• Ability to take leads from intake to closed deal.
• Comfort with warm and cold leads.
• Ability to close and prospect without micromanagement.
• Experience running a sales consultation and presenting pricing.
• Able to explain financing options and energy solutions.
• Comfort discussing money and handling objections.
• Strong follow-up discipline and goal orientation.
• Willingness to work on commission-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Working company-provided leads.
• Generating your own residential and small commercial solar leads.
• Conducting homeowner and business consultations.
• Identifying energy needs and solar opportunities.
• Gathering information for system design and proposals.
• Presenting system designs and pricing to customers.
• Explaining financing, cash purchase, and PPA options.
• Closing solar contracts and maintaining pipeline.
• Communicating sold projects to the installation team.
