Job summary

Deriva Energy seeks a Senior Manager, Development to advance a portfolio of solar and storage opportunities across the U.S. You will manage mid- to late-stage projects, from land use and permits through interconnection and EPC contracting, working with internal and external experts to reach final investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Urban Planning/Studies, Construction, Engineering or related field.
• Six (6) years or more of relevant experience.
• Masters degree in related field preferred; eight+ years experience in utility-scale renewable energy development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute a pipeline of solar and storage investment opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, environmental, permitting, finance and operations teams.
• Support site due diligence, interconnection, land use and contract negotiations to advance projects to NTP.
