Job summary

Deriva Energy, a Brookfield Renewable company and leading independent power producer in the US renewables market, seeks a Senior Manager, Development to advance solar and storage projects across the U.S. You will manage mid- to late-stage opportunities, shepherding them toward construction handover while coordinating with engineering, permitting, treasury, and commercial teams.

Ideal candidates bring a strong track record in utility-scale renewables, land use, interconnection, and complex deal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Urban Planning/Studies, Construction, Engineering or related discipline.
• Six (6) years or more of relevant experience.
• Masters degree in Related Field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute a pipeline of solar and related renewable energy projects.
• Support interconnection, land use, and regulatory processes to advance projects toward construction.
• Collaborate with engineering, environmental, permitting, and finance teams to drive deal closure.
