You will work with the sales and installation teams to craft proposals and ensure successful project execution.

Ideal candidates have direct solar sales experience, deep knowledge of solar technology, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a self-motivated, target-driven mindset to achieve

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in solar sales, preferably in a direct sales environment.
• In-depth knowledge of solar power generation, energy systems, and related technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Educate potential homeowners about the benefits of solar energy
• Conduct on-site visits to assess energy requirements and create personalized recommendations
