EnergeiaWorks is seeking a Solar Construction Manager in Washington, DC to lead solar construction projects from conception to completion. You will work with the PM, direct crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, budget, and schedule adherence.

Your background includes 2–5 years in construction management, OSHA 30, and a strong ability to read drawings. This role emphasizes on-site leadership and coordination with clients and vendors to deliver high-quality solar projects.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field.
• 2–5 years of construction management experience, preferably in renewable energy.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities from start to finish with Project Manager guidance.
• Oversee safety, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor budget, scope, and schedule to ensure project alignment.
• Review progress daily and coordinate corrective actions with teams and clients.
• Ensure QA/QC documentation is completed on-site and reported.
• Secure permits and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Lead site meetings and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Interpret contracts for coordination with engineers and contractors.
