Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven solar construction management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods.
• Expertise in construction, safety management (OSHA, NFPA, NEC) and on-site coordination.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, civil, and architectural drawings.
• Strong on-site presence and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Direct construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors with the Project Manager.
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Oversee projects from start to finish and manage schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors; review progress daily.
• Prepare internal and external reports on project status.
• Lead on-site meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
