Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and schematics is a plus.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation for solar installations, leveling ground and clearing debris.
• Assist in assembling solar modules, panels, and supporting structures.
• Operate hand and power tools to measure, cut, and fasten materials.
• Assist electricians and skilled workers in installing electrical components and wiring.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe worksite.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with project specs.
• Keep the site clean and organized, including proper waste disposal.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
