Job summary

Conductor Power is seeking a skilled Solar Construction Laborer to support installation projects and ensure high-quality solar systems. You will perform site preparation, material handling, and assist in assembling racking and electrical components alongside electricians and installers.

The role emphasizes safety, hands-on construction work, and travel to job sites as needed to support renewable energy projects across our service areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in solar or renewable energy preferred.
• Reading and writing in English required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites with grading, trenching, and leveling to specifications.
• Set up temporary structures, fencing, scaffolding, and safety barriers.
• Operate forklifts, trenchers, and compactors (as licensed).
• Assist in assembling and placing racking systems for solar arrays.
• Assist with wiring and component assembly on solar projects.
• Perform quality checks and ensure safety compliance on site.
