Job summary

Cinterra is seeking a Construction Laborer to support site preparation, operate hand and power tools, and assist with heavy equipment on solar sites. You will help load and unload materials, maintain safety habits, and work with foremen to keep projects on track.

The role requires at least two years in construction, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Travel and long hours are expected to meet project needs on busy sites.

Qualifications

• At least two years of construction experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations (required), OSHA training and certifications (preferred).
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Able to work long hours, weekends, and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate safety as a core value throughout the company and support safety programs.
• Assist supervisors with completing assigned tasks.
• Operate tamps, jackhammers, and other equipment safely.
• Dig by hand to locate and expose utilities.
• Report repairs to foreman and assist in operating heavy equipment
• Restore excavations upon completion of installation.
• Drive or operate construction equipment when licensed.
• Maintain and clean company vehicles.
• Receive, store, and protect project materials and equipment.
• Assist Foreman with daily reports and project coordination.
• Provide support to other divisions as needed.
• Maintain professional demeanor on site.
