Job summary

Strata Careers is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for utility-scale solar and BESS projects. The role uses CPM methods to coordinate engineering, procurement, civil, construction, and commissioning activities, with focus on EPC execution and sitework sequencing.

You will build schedules in Primavera P6, track progress, and report on critical path risks. Requires 2+ years Primavera P6 and construction experience, with monthly site visits to Durham, NC area and nearby

Qualifications

2+ years using Primavera P6, including schedule updates, logic, constraints, and baselines.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
Understanding of civil/sitework sequencing and weather impacts on field work.
Willingness to travel to project sites at least monthly.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6 from company templates with cross-functional teams.
Develop and update civil/sitework schedules including earthwork, erosion control, and site access.
Link civil production rates to schedule durations and track handoffs between trades.
Run regular schedule updates and capture progress, logic changes, and forecast dates.
Prepare look-ahead schedules, manpower forecasts, and schedule reports.
