Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy seeks a Scheduling professional to assist project managers and controls specialists in developing monthly and quarterly scheduling reports for solar EPC projects.

You will support CPM scheduling, look-ahead and earned value analyses, create new project schedules, and coordinate with Estimating and PM teams. Travel may be required; strong Excel and P6/MS Project skills are valued.

Qualifications

• A four (4) year degree or equivalent work experience in Construction Management, Electrical/Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Accounting/Finance, Project Management.
• 2+ years of scheduling experience from a Solar EPC.
• Experience in P6 (strongly preferred) or MS Project.
• Scheduling specific training or certificate desirable.
• Proficient in Excel, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers and project controls specialists in development of all required monthly and quarterly scheduling reports for their assigned projects.
• Create and update weekly schedules, look-ahead schedules, critical path analysis, and schedule narratives.
• Ensure data accuracy and meet deadlines for assigned projects.
• Create new proposal and project schedules in the system.
• Coordinate schedule inputs with Estimating and PM teams to meet contract requirements.
• Attend owner meetings with the PM.
• Support PMs, Directors, VPs, and PCM with special reports and daily/weekly/monthly subcontractor/EPC reporting.
• Implement schedule controls processes and procedures.
