Qualifications

• Four-year degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Experience supporting program implementation in energy, sustainability, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve incentive applications and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, participants, and stakeholders to implement the SBS program.
• Assist with budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and program metrics.
• Provide reports on program progress and outcomes to leadership.
• Support enrollment, incentive processing, and data collection activities.
