Job summary

Morgan Corp. is seeking a skilled Soil Stabilization Mixer Operator to join our construction team. The role involves safely operating a stabilization mixer (Wirtgen 240i/250i or CAT RM400/RM500) for lime and cement stabilization and related tasks in field environments.

Work is outdoors under varied conditions. Candidates should have 2+ years of mixer experience, a valid driver’s license, and be able to travel to southeastern U.S. project sites. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience operating soil stabilization mixers preferred.
• Knowledge of safe operation of stabilization mixers (Wirtgen or CAT).
• Must be able to climb in and out of equipment unassisted.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Frequently lift 20 lbs; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to travel to other project sites in the southeastern US as needed.
• Flexible schedule including overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all company and site-specific policies and procedures.
• Safe and efficient operation of stabilization equipment to meet production targets.
• Perform routine inspections, safety walk-arounds, and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Maintain equipment in good operating condition, reporting and logging maintenance requirements.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation as required.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Soil Stabilization Mixer Operator to join our construction team in Raleigh, NC. The Mixer Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a stabilization mixer (Wirtgen 240i, 250i, or CAT RM400, RM500) for construction, moisture conditioning, lime stabilization, cement stabilization, and related tasks.
