Morgan Corp. seeks a skilled Soil Stabilization Mixer Operator to join our Operations team in Durham, NC. The role involves safely operating stabilization mixers (Wirtgen/CAT) for lime and cement stabilization, moisture conditioning, and related tasks in outdoor construction settings.

The position requires physical stamina, the ability to travel to southeastern U.S. project sites, and a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of experience operating soil stabilization mixers.
• Knowledge of safe and productive operation of stabilization mixers (Wirtgen or CAT).
• Must be able to climb in and out of equipment unassisted.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Frequently lift 20 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel to other project sites in the southeastern U.S. as needed.
• Flexible work schedule, including overtime and weekends as needed.

Soil Stabilization Operator

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Soil Stabilization Mixer Operator to join our construction team. The Mixer Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a stabilization mixer (Wirtgen 240i, 250i, or CAT RM400, RM500) for construction, moisture conditioning, lime stabilization, cement stabilization, and related tasks.

Work Environment:

Work is performed outside in all types of environmental conditions. This position performs strenuous physical activity for long periods, under varying and adverse field conditions. This position must be able to lift, carry, stand, walk on uneven surfaces, manually manipulate, grasp, reach out and above the shoulder, climb, kneel, bend, twist, and push/pull.
