Job summary

Morgan Corp. is seeking a Soil Stabilization Mixer Operator to join our field team in Greensboro, NC. The role involves safely operating stabilization mixers (Wirtgen 240i/250i or CAT RM400/RM500) for lime and cement stabilization projects.

The position requires outdoor work, physical stamina for long shifts, and willingness to travel to Southeast project sites as needed. A valid driver's license is required and prior mixer experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience operating soil stabilization mixers is preferred.
• Knowledge of safe and productive operation of stabilization mixers (Wirtgen or CAT).
• Must be able to climb in and out of equipment unassisted.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver?s license.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all company and site-specific policies and procedures.
• Safe and efficient operation of equipment to meet production targets.
• Perform routine inspections, safety walk-arounds, and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Maintain equipment in good operating condition, reporting and logging maintenance requirements or concerns.
• Complete required paperwork, reporting, and other documentation as required.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.

Soil Stabilization Operator

Department: Operations

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Soil Stabilization Mixer Operator to join our construction team. The Mixer Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a stabilization mixer (Wirtgen 240i, 250i, or CAT RM400, RM500) for construction, moisture conditioning, lime stabilization, cement stabilization, and related tasks.

Work Environment:

Work is performed outside in all types of environmental conditions. This position performs strenuous physical activity for long periods, under varying and adverse field conditions. This position must be able to lift, carry, stand, walk on uneven surfaces, manually manipulate, grasp, reach out and above the shoulder, climb, kneel, bend, twist, and push/pull.

• Frequently lift 20 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds


• Must be willing and able to travel to other project sites throughout the Southeast U.S. as needed


• Ability to have a flexible work schedule, including working overtime and weekends as needed
