Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, ideally with key holder or leadership responsibilities.
• Strong floor presence and ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Confident decision-maker with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering an elevated customer experience.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and daily reporting.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Support the team in achieving sales goals and KPIs.
• Assist with coaching Stylists and maintaining strong team performance.
