Leap Inc in New York’s SoHo is seeking a General Manager to own the boutique’s performance from day one, powered by the Leap Platform. You will build and mentor a high-performance team, drive profitable growth, and deliver elevated in-store experiences that reflect the Leap brand.

This leadership role involves partnerships with the Leap team, events, and activations; you will shape local market presence and help guide cross-store initiatives as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading boutique or premium retail environments.
• Ability to analyze metrics and drive profitable growth.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
