Soho Beach House Canouan, opened in March 2021, is a private island resort in St. Vincent & the Grenadines offering tranquility and Caribbean Sea views.

About the Role

The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in all aspects of the business, overseeing service standards, operational efficiency, member/guest experience, staff retention, and profit optimization.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to‑day staff management and operations.
• Ensure compliance with local food safety, risk prevention, fire prevention, and emergency procedures.
• Monitor, assess, report, and develop action items to support service trends and guest/member/staff surveys.
• Promote the Soho House brand and embody its ethos as an ambassador.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of management experience in Room Operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance).
• Significant exposure to high‑volume F&B operations.
• Experience with Synexis, Lighthouse, Duetto, and Opera systems.
