Job summary

Xerox is seeking an intermediate-level technical professional in Ann Arbor to support document technology and infrastructure projects for client operations. You will design and implement hardware/software solutions, mentor on-site associates, and collaborate with Xerox teams and partners to ensure 100% client satisfaction.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deploy managed services, integrate tools, and support complex projects under senior guidance, driving successful implementations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Certifications such as MCP/Internet and EDPP desirable
• 3+ years computer systems/applications and project coordination experience
• Broad systems knowledge: operating systems, networks, software and hardware connectivity
