Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a seasoned Software Systems Integrator to join our cross‑functional agile team in Aurora, CO. You will deploy and manage Kubernetes‑based services, maintain baselines, and drive end‑to‑end integration and validation.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, proficiency with Git, Linux, shell scripting, Java basics, Docker, Rancher, and the Atlassian suite. You’ll contribute to regression testing and CI/CD activities in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR Master’s with 3 years OR PhD with 1 year.
• An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with adjudicated Full‑Scope polygraph is required at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Baseline Definition & Control – manage baselines, versioning, and change control.
• Integration of Components – deploy multi-team software into a single build across environments.
• Configuration‑Management Documentation – tag, document, and archive baselines; ensure traceability.
• Verification & Integration Testing Support – provide stable builds and assist in defect triage.
• Risk & Dependency Management – identify risks and coordinate priorities for baselines.
• Agile Collaboration – participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and grooming.
