Job Title: Software Support Specialist

Join our team as a Software Support Specialist in the greater Portland, ME area for a contract opportunity. This hybrid onsite role offers a pay range of $50.00/hr - $56.00/hr, depending on skills and experience. Our benefits include healthcare (medical with HSA), dental and vision insurance, and a 401k plan.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and evaluate data to support software development solutions.
2. Assist in the development, design, testing, and implementation of software products.
3. Conduct testing, debugging, coding, research, documentation, and other related activities.
4. Provide customer support by troubleshooting issues and contributing to documentation for production and releases.
5. Participate in on-call rotations to support customers on a rolling schedule.
