Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Software Support Specialist to oversee all software-related support requests for an assigned division. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between software users and the software vendor. The Software Support Specialist will collaborate with the Technology Director to implement new software features and tools.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without company sponsorship and be able to work onsite at our Indianapolis office (this role is not remote or hybrid).

Responsibilities
  1. Support Requests:
  2. Respond promptly to support requests and communicate issues and resolutions effectively.
  3. Document recurring software issues and coordinate with the Technology Director for vendor support.
  4. Identify training opportunities and collaborate with the System Training and Implementation Coordinator.
