CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned management consulting and digital transformation company, is seeking a Senior Software Release Manager to oversee the management, administration, and continuous improvement of our Atlassian tool suite and Software Engineering Process (SEP). This position requires extensive hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to supporting cross-functional software development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, update, and enforce adherence to the organization’s Software Engineering Process (SEP).

• Administer and support Atlassian Cloud tools, including Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Crowd.

• Configure and maintain Atlassian tools to align with business requirements and established standards.

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to integrate Atlassian tools with other enterprise systems.

• Manage user permissions, access controls, and project configurations.

• Develop and maintain user training materials; conduct training sessions as needed.

• Stay current on Atlassian product updates and new technologies.

• Establish and refine best practices for effective Jira administration.

• Provide daily support to end users, resolving technical issues and tool-related inquiries.

• Offer constructive feedback to team members and set clear performance expectations.

• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues related to tool usage and configuration.

• Lead implementation efforts to ensure designs and technologies meet technical and business requirements.

• Manage and audit code repository access and privileges.

• Utilize custom tools and Bamboo to deploy code updates to Oracle and other databases.

• Oversee code deployments through development, test, and production environments.

• Manage Fortify access, privileges, and processes to ensure code security compliance.
