Job Summary

The incumbent will learn the Analytics system and manage the preparation of new or modified functionalities for each release. They will contribute to the design of the overall Analytics system, lead, mentor, and support the Analytics team, and oversee complex projects. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to ensure smooth communication about each release.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Determine and prioritize functionalities for release, ensuring timely completion.
2. Coordinate with developers and testers to ensure work progress.
3. Resolve issues during development and testing, including performing complex queries.
4. Conduct regular team meetings and provide status updates.
5. Understand and work with claims data to identify fraud, waste, and abuse, creating business and system requirements.
6. Manage multiple cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.
7. Develop work plans and prepare management summaries.
8. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and track risks with contingency planning.
9. Maintain relationships with all involved departments and stakeholders.
10. Hire, develop, and evaluate support staff for release operations.
11. Coordinate and communicate across disciplines and departments.
12. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
13. Uphold company's core values and competencies.
14. This role involves exposure to PHI data and is considered high risk.
15. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
