Job summary

Leidos LLC in Lawton, OK is seeking a Software Tester to support the INTEL Sector's CABA program. The role emphasizes test planning, execution, and collaboration with software developers and systems engineers to improve software quality.

You will develop and execute manual and automated tests in Linux/Windows, participate in Agile processes, and help build regression suites using Jira/Jenkins. US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required and must be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in software testing, software quality assurance, software validation, or a related quality engineering role.
• Experience in C++, Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
• Experience developing and executing manual and automated software test cases.
• Experience reviewing software and system requirements to develop comprehensive test coverage.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows.
• Experience documenting, tracking, and verifying software defects using defect management tools.
• Problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Performing test planning, monitoring, and execution.
• Developing and executing manual and automated software test cases in Linux/Windows environments.
• Reviewing and verifying system-level and software-level requirements.
• Discovering, documenting, reproducing, and tracking defects.
• Performing functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
• Collaborating with developers and engineers to improve test coverage.
• Supporting Agile software development activities including sprint planning and release validation.
• Assisting with automated testing capabilities and regression test suites.
