Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Intelligence Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). The role covers the full SDLC for a large enterprise system, involving Java, Python, C/C++, cryptographic frameworks, and web UI development.

You will work in a top-tier agile team, contribute to design, testing, and deployment, and support secure software practices. You will participate in Scrum ceremonies, design robust software, and collaborate across teams while maintaining quality

Qualifications

• Must have a BS degree and 2–4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Must have demonstrated experience with Java and multiple Java frameworks (Spring, JEE, JPA, EJB, JTA, Servlet).
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, C/C++, Groovy, SQL is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, PI Planning, and other team activities.
• Analyze complex system requirements and design software using formal specs and data flow diagrams.
• Ensure code is modifiable, efficient, reliable, and reusable; promote code reuse and cross-program collaboration.
