Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mid-Level Defensive Cyber Software Developer for the CABA group in the INTEL Sector. The role focuses on software for cyber defense, EW, and PNT threats against US weapon systems. You will work with a diverse team in Lawton, OK, and must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities include developing data protection and detection methods, researching defensive techniques, and collaborating across internal experts to deliver practical security solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, cyber engineering, or similar ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum 4+ years of professional development in C, C++, Rust, Go, or similar compiled languages.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience with Python and Bash or a similar scripting language.
• Comfortable with build systems such as CMake, Meson, or Bazel.
• Experience with version control tools.
• Experience with UI/UX development.
• Familiarity with Agile/Continuous Delivery and Jira/Jenkins.
• Good understanding of networking and software development best practices.
• Professional Linux experience, including basic administration.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop software and techniques to protect data and networks and present findings to users.
• Research and develop signature and behavior-based defensive techniques against adversarial attacks.
• Collaborate with internal experts to develop technical solutions affecting end products.
