Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking a Software Project Manager, Staff to coordinate planning, organize programs, and review designs across engineering teams. The role requires leading Agile teams, ensuring compliance with standards, and managing technical development and test activities.

The position demands a DoD security clearance (Secret) and 5+ years of leadership experience in agile environments, with a strong focus on engineering methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or similar Engineering/Technical field, or seven years’ engineering experience.
• Five+ years’ experience leading/managing teams in an Agile environment.
• Five+ years’ experience with engineering methodologies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance at the “Secret” level prior to start (U.S. citizenship)

Basic Qualifications

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
