Job summary

Lockheed Martin in the United States is seeking a The Requirements Configuration Analyst to analyze proposed design changes and manage configuration for defense systems. You will coordinate record-keeping and change orders across engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities include validating customer requirements, reviewing engineering change data, and ensuring compliance with configuration management policies while maintaining security clearance eligibility and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Management, or related STEM discipline
• Familiarity with the development, preparation, and maintenance of DoD requirement specifications
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to obtain & maintain a security clearance at the Secret level

The Work

The Requirements Configuration Analyst analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system. Coordinates modification records for management control. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Management, or related STEM discipline
• Familiarity with the development, preparation, and maintenance of DoD requirement specifications

• Configuration Management (CM) experience or knowledge
• Experience with Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) and DOORS NextGeneration
• Familiarity with Jira for task tracking
• Ability to perform in a fast paced/dynamic environment with multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
