Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America is seeking a Software Project Manager II to support the Project Management team. This role leads software projects for Warehouse Controls Systems (WCS) and Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) following the SDLC within a matrix organization.

You will need 4–7 years of software project management experience, knowledge of WMS/WCS/WES, and strong client communication. Travel up to 30% is required as projects demand on-site coordination.

Qualifications

4–7 years of software project management experience.
Experience in the material handling industry, warehouse automation preferred.
Knowledge of WMS/WCS/WES and order fulfillment software.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead software projects from scope through go-live using the SDLC.
Serve as primary contact for external customers and plan tasks.
Coordinate BRD/UML development with software teams and clients.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk across multiple projects.
Provide status updates to stakeholders and ensure quality delivery.
