Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation seeks a Software Project Manager V to provide technical leadership to the Project Management team and drive software delivery for Warehouse Controls and Warehouse Execution Systems. The role follows the SDLC and coordinates across internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.

Travel up to 30% and a strong background in software projects for material handling, WMS/WCS/WES, and budgeting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of related project management experience in software.
• Experience with material handling, WMS, WCS, WES and automation.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and manage budgets and risks.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead software project management for WCS/WES implementations.
• Coordinate with clients to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop BRD/UML artifacts and manage software lifecycles.
• Monitor budgets, schedule, and risk; report status to stakeholders.
• Ensure go-live readiness and project closure with client acceptance.
• Travel up to 30% as required.
