Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation is seeking a Software Project Manager III to support the Project Management team and drive software projects for Warehouse Controls and Warehouse Execution Systems. This role follows the SDLC and collaborates across functional teams to deliver automated material handling solutions.

You will coordinate requirements, BRD/UML artifacts, and testing lifecycles while maintaining client communications and project governance.

Qualifications

• Requires 4–7 years of related experience.
• Experience in material handling, warehouse distribution and automation.
• Knowledge of WMS, WCS, WES and order fulfillment.
• Ability to plan milestones and manage software projects.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage software projects for Warehouse Controls and Execution Systems.
• Coordinate BRD and UML diagrams with clients.
• Lead project teams, manage scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Communicate status to customers and internal teams.
• Attend go-live and project milestones; ensure on-time delivery.
• Travel up to 30% as required.
