Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation is seeking a Software Project Manager V to provide technical expertise and leadership for Warehouse Controls Systems (WCS) and Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) projects. You will manage software delivery across the development lifecycle, coordinate with clients, and ensure on-time, on-budget implementation.

This role requires strong project management, software engineering background, and ability to work within a matrix organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
4–7 years of related experience is expected.
Experience in the material handling industry, warehouse distribution, and warehouse automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as main point of contact for external customers to plan and manage implementation tasks.
Develop and maintain BRD and UML diagrams to accompany business requirements.
Plan, execute, and oversee software projects through the full software development lifecycle.
Coordinate with software team and clients on hardware/network requirements and testing lifecycles.
Monitor project scope, milestones, budget, and risks; provide regular status updates.
Travel up to 30% as required by project demands.
