Job summary

Mind Robotics Inc. is seeking a Software Program Manager to own the integrated software program across the fleet, coordinating with hardware program management to align software and hardware roadmaps. You will define milestones, track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely releases.

You will partner with hardware teams to ensure a single program view, challenging estimates and decisions to keep the project on track while delivering reliable, real-world robotic deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management for software products, ideally in robotics or autonomous systems.
• Strong software fundamentals and ability to engage in architecture and planning discussions.
• Experience managing programs spanning multiple interdependent software domains with hardware dependencies.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: own the software program plan from roadmap through release to the fleet.
• Program Practice Design: define planning rhythms and milestones that connect team work to org milestones.
• Milestone Planning: build software plans aligned with org milestones with clear done criteria.
• Metric Tracking: monitor key program metrics and communicate blockers and risks to leadership.
• Progress Tracking & Status Integrity: create tracking that shows on/off track status.
• Risk Mitigation: identify and accelerate technical and resourcing risks and drive resolution.
• Technical / Business Judgment: engage in architecture discussions to test estimates and readiness.
