Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Manager in New York to drive end-to-end product development for B2B solutions with a strong focus on AI integration and cybersecurity alignment. • Industry experience in energy, utilities, or closely related infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead products from discovery through launch with engineering and design.
• Develop understanding of internal customers through research.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap across concurrent workstreams.
• Make product decisions based on user research, business context, technical feasibility, and ROI.
• Define and track outcomes.
• Partner on software strategy and inform product direction.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across analysis, business development, asset management, and engineering.
• Leverage AI to improve productivity and integrate AI into products.
• Drive internal AI adoption across the organization.
• Steer ISO certification program with external consultants.
• Coordinate cybersecurity priorities with IT and Engineering.
• Coordinate product releases and provide demos and training.
• Contribute to team standards and improve PM operations
