Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange seeks a highly motivated leader to join the Procurement team in Jacksonville, FL. You will own the software procurement category, drive cost optimization, and lead negotiations for large-scale software agreements with global suppliers.

You will mentor Procurement Analysts, collaborate with legal and senior leadership to align requirements, and ensure compliant, data-driven spend management using Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years indirect procurement in software spend at a large global org.
• Proven negotiator of complex software agreements, licensing & pricing.
• Strong data analysis and ability to extract actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow, Tableau, and AI-driven automation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the software procurement category and related spend.
• Lead negotiation and contract management for large software agreements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, legal, leadership, and suppliers on requirements and negotiations.
• Lead, mentor and support Procurement Analysts.
• Analyze category spend to increase efficiencies, reduce costs and improve terms.
• Identify and mitigate procurement risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Learn purchasing categories and back up teammates as needed.
