Job summary

Evlo AI in Seattle is seeking a seasoned program manager to drive execution of cross-functional software initiatives, coordinating engineering, design, and go-to-market teams from kickoff through launch. You will own plans for 3-5 concurrent initiatives, keep Jira boards current, and ensure timely delivery by managing dependencies, risks, and clear communication.

The role emphasizes strong written communication and collaboration with multiple teams, plus ongoing process improvement to scale

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of project or program management in software/tech.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and planning tools (Asana, Linear, or Notion).
• Fluent in technical conversations with engineers about APIs, sprints, and dependencies.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team projects on schedule.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Bonus: PMP, CSM, or SAFe; SQL or dashboards (Looker/Tableau); scaling PM processes at startups.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans for 3-5 concurrent engineering initiatives, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risk registers.
• Run sprint planning, standups, and retros with scrum teams; keep Jira boards and roadmaps accurate.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies across engineering, design, data, and marketing to hit launch dates.
• Write clear status reports, decision memos, and postmortems for stakeholders from ICs to VP level.
• Identify and escalation blockers early, negotiating trade-offs between scope, timeline, and quality.
• Stand up and continuously improve team processes: intake, prioritization frameworks, release checklists, and documentation standards.
• Track and report delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, on-time launch rate) to leadership.
