Job summary

Quantix HealthTech in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a Software Operations Manager for a 6-month contract-to-hire engagement. You will identify how each portal works, track usage, issues, and resolutions, and coordinate with internal or external teams to maintain smooth operations.

The role reports to the Sr. Director of Experience Design and involves learning systems, documenting processes, and driving operational logistics to resolve customer-facing issues with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Web, mobile and or SaaS.
• Problem Solving, troubleshooting, and triage.
• Analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand how each portal works and the lifecycle of how they support customers, track and report on usage, issues, and resolution for each web portal.
• Understand and coordinate issue resolution through internal or external support teams.
• Learn and document all systems and support processes associated with each portal and track and drive to resolution operational logistics.
