Job summary

Optum is seeking a Portal Application Development Lead to guide end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale portal applications as part of the CCS 2.0 modernization program. This role provides technical delivery leadership, drives engineering excellence, and owns key nonfunctional requirements for portal workstreams in a regulated healthcare environment.

Lead end-to-end development of modern, secure, and scalable portal applications, including UI, backend services, and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Azurehosted application platforms and cloudnative delivery patterns (e.g., AKS, API managementgateway, application ingress controls).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and enterprise UX patterns. Experience in healthcare or other compliancedriven environments.
