Job summary

Transcard, a Chattanooga-based fintech company, offers a paid Software Implementation internship designed to give you meaningful, real-world projects within the Operations team. You’ll work on onboarding clients, documenting workflows, and supporting the delivery of cloud-based payment solutions.

The program runs Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with onsite preference in Chattanooga and remote options for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Interest in software implementation, client onboarding, or SaaS delivery.
• Basic familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or system integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Interest in or coursework related to payments, fintech, banking, or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding from kickoff to go-live.
• Document discovery workshops and requirements.
• Shadow client calls to learn platform capabilities and implementation strategy.
• Maintain records of stakeholder communications and status.
• Translate client requirements into system configuration documentation.
• Assist with configuring platform components and API/webhook settings.
