Transcard-Payments-LL in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an Business Development Intern to gain hands-on experience in a fintech sales role. You’ll work closely with the Sales - Business Development team to meet academic goals and contribute to real projects.

The internship is paid; candidates should be based in the US and able to work onsite with possible remote options. This program aims to develop client-facing skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Sales, Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and promote financial institution products and services.
• Gain knowledge of existing and emerging financial service technologies.
• Outbound calling and networking to build partnerships and expand customer base.
• Research and connect with prospective clients to generate discovery meetings.
• Maintain prospect and client data in CRM tools and update records.
• Assist leadership with RFIs and RFPs and contribute to proposals.
• Prepare internal/external presentations to accelerate business development.
• Participate in client demos and cross-functional meetings to support growth.
