Job summary

Transcard offers an internship program in the FinTech industry, designed to provide meaningful projects and direct business impact. The internship operates Monday-Friday during standard business hours and is paid based on qualifications.

Location is Chattanooga, TN, with onsite preference and remote capabilities for qualified US residents. Interns will gain exposure to the Sales – Business Development team, work under supervision, and may have opportunities for post-graduate roles.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with identifying potential clients and opportunities while promoting financial services products.
• Learn and apply knowledge of fintech technologies and services.
• Make outbound calls and use networking platforms to build partnerships and expand client base.
• Research and connect with prospective clients and industry contacts to generate discovery meetings.
• Maintain and organize contact data in Excel or CRM tools for follow-up efforts.
• Assist leadership with RFIs/RFPs and contribute to client proposals and presentations.
• Prepare internal/external presentations to support business development initiatives.
• Participate in client demos, business reviews, and cross-functional meetings to strengthen relationships.
