Key Requirements:

We are seeking a skilled Software Applications Implementation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and deploying software in both lab and production environments. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless onboarding of software applications, including Blueframe, Zenon and Synchrowave.

Primary Job Functions:

• Install, configure, test, and deploy software applications in lab and production environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to onboard software applications into our environment, facilitating smooth integration and operation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the specified software applications, addressing any issues that arise in conjunction with vendors.
• Maintain detailed documentation of installation procedures, configurations, and testing results.
• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure that software applications comply with organizational policies and security standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, installation and configuration.
• Experience/familiarity with software products that are used for configuration and troubleshooting of electrical infrastructure devices
• SCADA and power domain knowledge experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Installing, testing, implementation, deployment of software and configuring protocols (i.e. ICCP, OPC-UA, API)
• Proficiency in installing and configuring software applications (ideally Blueframe, Zenon, Synchrowave)
• Experience configuring and maintaining applications on enterprise networks
• Experience working on teams following Agile software development methodologies
