We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to serve as a technical expert for software systems. This role involves system implementation, troubleshooting, and support in healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Provide knowledge of system configurations, server, database, and network requirements.
• System Implementation & Configuration: Lead assessments, design, configuration, testing, and installation of software products.
• Interface Configuration: Install and configure system interfaces (e.g., HL7).
• Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Training & Support: Build relationships, train users, and offer ongoing technical support.
• On-Call Support: Participate in rotating on-call support for Tier II assistance.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3-5 years working with Microsoft Network environments, ideally in healthcare IT.
• Certifications: MSCA required; MSCE preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in network monitoring, troubleshooting, SQL, Citrix, Azure, Powershell, and interface protocols.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

• Ability to travel frequently (75%) and work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.

Working Conditions:
