Experience Level: 3+ Years in Icertis Platform

Client is seeking an experienced Icertis Implementation Developer (Technical) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform for our clients. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver scalable contract management solutions aligned with client business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence platform implementations.

• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into system configurations or integration specifications.

• Configure the Icertis platform using ICI tools (e.g., workflows, templates, clauses, permissions).

• Integrate Icertis with enterprise systems like Salesforce, SAP, etc., via APIs.

• Assist with data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.

• Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and troubleshooting.

• Stay updated with Icertis features and best practices to recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.

• Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and enterprise contracting workflows.

• Experience with Icertis configuration (data models, templates, workflows, clauses, etc.).

• Proven technical expertise in system integration using REST APIs, JSON, or middleware tools.

• Prior experience implementing ICI for a retail/CPG customer is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• This is an individual contributor role from day one.

• Hands-on position working across multi-vendor, multi-geo teams.

• Remote work is possible for the right candidate, subject to the following conditions:

• Must be available on video calls without prior notice during working hours.

• Must work from the agreed location only.

• Must be available for stand-ups and meetings via video.

• Must be willing to work from a local office on an as-needed basis.
