Our client seeks an Engineering Team Lead to build and operate an enterprise-scale identity and access management platform in a regulated financial environment. The role is hands-on with ownership of architecture, code delivery across the stack, and leadership of the engineering team. The platform includes Java and Spring Boot microservices, an Angular micro-frontend suite, AWS-native infrastructure, workflow and BPM automation, and a comprehensive testing and reporting ecosystem. The position balances approximately 50-60% engineering and architecture with 40-50% team leadership, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
