In this role, you will hold primary accountability for delivering complex positioning and controls algorithm projects, combining technical leadership with team mentorship to directly influence next-generation product lifecycles.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in software or systems engineering roles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of software development lifecycles and product development processes.Strong project management, organizational, and technical problem-solving capabilities.
- Direct experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) workflows.
- Technical background in Control and State Estimation Theory.
- Proven track record in coaching, mentoring, and facilitating the development of engineering teams.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills across cross-functional teams.

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
